Our servers are wiped usually every 8–12 weeks period. When we have deployed several servers then you can expect server wipes more often.
Please remember to retrieve your vehicle once you're done using it. If it’s left on the map during a server cleanup or restart, it may disappear. In some cases, the vehicle could teleport back to the last location where you initially used it, so it's worth remembering that spot and checking there after the next server restart.
Due to the frequency of this issue and the limitations of our support team, we're unable to provide replacements for lost vehicles. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve the game. Thank you for your patience!
Due to the nature of the game, bugs can occasionally cause items to be lost. As we would need to review logs to investigate these issues, we're unable to provide support for every case. However, if you happen to lose Legendary or Ancient items, feel free to reach out to us—if you're polite, we may consider making an exception.
If the admin team believes you've violated a rule, you may be subject to an immediate ban, prompting you to reach out to us. In this case, please open a ticket and provide all requested information. The admin team will review the details and determine whether the ban will be upheld or lifted.
Please wait for the next server cleanup or auto-restart, as this resolves the issue in 99% of cases. Alternatively, you can try exiting the game, restarting your PC, and then attempting to log in again.
This is a known bug that occurs when you are teleported while having a chest, workstation, or trader open. It will be automatically fixed during the next server cleaning.
If there has been a server cleanup or restart, you will be unable to complete the quest as the sleepers will have despawned. In this case, you’ll need to abort the quest and start a new one. Unfortunately, our support is unable to assist with this issue.
The number of zombies on the server is limited. If this limit is reached, it’s possible that no zombies will spawn when you enter a building. It could also be that another player was there shortly before and has already killed the zombies.
