Rules

Bug Exploitation:

The use of exploits such as item duplication, glitches, or any form of bug abuse is strictly prohibited and will lead to a permanent ban. If you are aware of any bugs or duplication methods that our moderators have not yet fixed, please report them to us.

• Using bugs/glitches to duplicate your items is forbidden.

Fair Play:

• Multi-accounting is not allowed.

• Fair play is our top priority on the servers. We reserve the right to ban any player, even without a specific rule violation, so always act thoughtfully and treat others with respect.

• Advertising other servers or communities is not allowed.

• When claiming a plot in another player's city, make sure your claim block is placed at the center of the plot. Misplaced claim blocks will be removed without prior warning.

Griefing:

• Do not block trader doors to disrupt other players.

• Be respectful to all players and refrain from using offensive language in global chat.

• Do not log out inside another player’s base.

• Destroying or blocking roads is prohibited.

• Luring zombies to harm another player is forbidden.

• Stealing quest reward chests from another player is strictly prohibited.

Server Stability:

• Collapsing an area larger than 10x10x10 blocks is prohibited. If there are over 35 players online, collapsing is completely forbidden, including collapsing Points of Interest (POIs).

Help Us Manage Support Requests:

• Ensure that your doors and chests are locked. If someone steals from you due to unlocked items, it is your responsibility, and no support ticket will be issued for that.

• We understand that everyone needs help from time to time! While we strive to assist with everything, our support resources are limited due to the game's ongoing alpha stage and its common bugs. As a result, some services are excluded from our support.

• Avoid using vending machines to store valuable items. Due to frequent bugs, vending machines can be cleared at any time. Only store items you’re okay with potentially losing.

• We do not provide replacements for lost items or vehicles (Legendary, Ancient, Mythic and other exclusive items are insured in case of bugs).

• Respect the decisions made by our admins/moderators and avoid debating them.

• Do not build in Reset Zones or Points of Interest (POIs). These areas reset over time for your safety.

• If you are involved in a violation, you must cooperate in clarifying the situation, even before an admin is contacted. Engage with the player who has raised the accusation and provide answers to their questions. Many situations can be resolved without the need for admin intervention. If we find that you have not cooperated or have violated the rules, we reserve the right to ban your account.
