Store credits are stored in player profile.
You can add more credits to your profile → Store → Add Credits.
All purchased items will be added to queue and whenever server detects player online, it will send items directly to player inventory.
Sometimes this doesn't work due to whatever bug or glitch decides to be active at that moment. Contact an admin, preferably through a ticket and it will be sorted out.
